We only accept exchanges or refunds if:

  • The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

❌ Not Eligible

  • Change of mind is not covered under our policy.

  • Items purchased on sale/discount are non-returnable.

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered cannot be returned.

🔄 How to Request an Exchange/Refund

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and clear pictures of the issue.

  3. Once approved, you can send the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the mistake was ours.
